Building Permit Requirements

     A permit is required for any new construction or additions/alterations to existing structures, garages,      carports, storage sheds and fences. A permit must be applied for prior to starting any work. There are      regulations regarding lot coverage, impervious coverage, rear yard coverage, yard setbacks and maximum      height requirements, to name a few.
