The Clerk’s office is located in the City Hall. This office is committed to the needs of the residents and the city.  

Staff Includes:  Connie Anderle – City Clerk, Terri Davis – Water Clerk

We process your water and sewer bills, issue raffle and entertainment permits, solicitor permits, and coordinate with the public works department, zoning department, and police department on a daily basis.

 

If we don’t have the answers to the questions, we usually can guide you in the right direction.

 

The Mayor and Aldermen do not have regular office hours; however, a message can always be left at the City Hall.

Snow Routes Are Designated As:

A.  Fourth Street from Water Street to Prairie Street; B. Fifth Street from Water Street to Ida Street;

C. Sixth Street from Water Street to Center Street; D. Main Street from Fourth Street to Sixth Street;

E. Washington Street from Fourth Street to Seventh Street; F. Broad Street from Fourth Street to Sixth Street;

and G. Prairie Street from Washington Street to Railroad Street
