The Clerk’s office is located in the City Hall. This office is committed to the needs of the residents and the city.  

Staff Includes:  Connie Anderle - City Clerk, Terri Davis - Water Clerk

We process your water and sewer bills, issue raffle and entertainment permits, solicitor permits, and coordinate with the public works department, zoning department, and police department on a daily basis.

If we don’t have the answers to the questions, we usually can guide you in the right direction.

The Mayor and Aldermen do not have regular office hours; however, a message can always be left at the City Hall.

2020 Census

Every 10 years, the @uscensusbureau undertakes a mammoth task: counting all the people residing in the United States. This count affects the allocation of funding for our community’s public resources (e.g., roads, schools) how we plan for the future, and our voice in government.  Learn more about the importance of the #2020 Census and how to participate: 2020census.gov.

E. Washington Street from Fourth Street to Seventh Street; F. Broad Street from Fourth Street to Sixth Street;

and G. Prairie Street from Washington Street to Railroad Street
